Coolgate G2 360 Radiator Review
The intention of this write up is to provide information and performance data about the Coolgate G2 360mm Radiator for inclusion in the Extreme Rigs Rad Round Up 2015. I’ll be keeping the review section short and factual, focusing on presenting the performance data compiled through the numerous tests carried out. First of a big thanks to Coolgate and PPCS for providing this sample of the Coolgate G2!
What’s in the box?
A thin outer retail sleeve covers a sturdy inner box that protects the G2 from the factory to the end user. The rad is protected further in a bubble wrap sleeve.
Placed on top were 3 silicone anti-vibration gaskets, and tucked away at one end was two small bags with the supplied screws and port caps. Perfect packaging!
The packaging states that the following is included with delivery:
1 x 360 G2 Radiator
3 x Brass plugs
12 x 30mm x 6/32 screws for fan attachment.
12 x 5mm x 6/32 screws for fixing to chassis.
3 x silicone pads
Also included was a short allen key for tightening the black nickel coated port plugs. The supplied screws were black, a welcome choice in Coolgate’s package and are button head type screws with Phillips screw-driver slots.
The silicone anti-vibe gaskets are a welcome inclusion. Not everybody uses them in their builds, but for those who do these gaskets are a bonus in the G2 package.
Onwards to technical specifications!
