Alphacool NexXxos UT60 360 Radiator Review
The intention of this write up is to provide information and performance data about the Alphacool UT60 360mm Radiator for inclusion in the Extreme Rigs Rad Round Up 2015. I’ll be keeping the review section short and factual, focusing on presenting the performance data compiled through the numerous tests carried out. First off, a big thanks to AquaTuning for providing this sample of the Alphacool UT60!
What’s in the box?
It is probably worth mentioning that the sample which Alphacool sent for review and testing had a very slow transit time from Germany to Australia, so testing was carried out on a white UT60 that I pulled from a build. The photos and measurements were taken of the black sample that Alphacool supplied.
The UT60 packaging is consistent with other radiators in the Alphacool range. Alphacool really have done a great job in ensuring that the radiator has every possible chance of arriving to the purchaser in the best possible condition. I really like that the accessories are placed in a separate box at one end of the package.
Alphacool states the following is supplied in the box:
5x screw plug
12x M3 x 30mm hexagon socket screw
12x M3 x 35mm hexagon socket screw
This is exactly what was in the box I received:
I was pleasantly surprised that the UT60 sample sent from Alphacool has black screws provided and that the port plugs are finished in a black nickel coating. Previous radiators I have purchased by Alphacool had copper screws and plugs, so I think that the change to black was a good move.
Onwards to technical specifications!
